The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of landscape maintenance, including tree care, lawn care, and irrigation systems. This role requires hands-on involvement in the design, build, and maintenance of landscapes while ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered. Duties Supervise daily routine maintenance activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications. Oversee the care and maintenance of trees, lawns, and other plant materials to promote healthy growth. Manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and promote plant health. Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to assess conditions and identify necessary maintenance tasks. Train and mentor team members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance techniques. Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in landscape supervision or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of tree care, lawn care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
