Job Description
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southeast Georgia.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects Lead, coach, and manage a large team in a high volume manufacturing facility Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency Coach, train and develop direct reports Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems Manage spare part Inventory processes Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installationQualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of Maintenance Management experience, in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment Solid PLC troubleshooting experience Strong Project management experience Excellent strategic experience Change management implementation Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Some ammonia refrigeration knowledge is preferred Excellent mechanical aptitude The company offers an excellent compensation package, relocation assistance and an annual bonus. #JDPBenefits
