Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of our injection molding systems. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of injection molding maintenance, manage maintenance repair procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline maintenance processes, and foster a culture of safety and teamwork. Duties Lead and supervise maintenance team, managing daily operations to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, multimeters (voltmeters), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, training staff on safety protocols, and maintaining accurate safety records. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety procedures to ensure operational transparency and regulatory compliance. Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams with strong leadership capabilities. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (high voltage and low voltage), and industrial systems repair. Proficiency in using schematics, technical manuals, CMMS software, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), and engineering troubleshooting tools. Strong understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards to promote a safe work environment. Experience managing projects related to facilities maintenance management with excellent organizational skills. Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of training team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Strong in PLCs, automation, electrical/mechanical systems, CMMS, preventive maintenance and team leadership.
