Maintenance Supervisor - Affordable Senior Housing Competitive Pay | Great Benefits | Full-Time A leading affordable senior housing community in Union City, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily apartment maintenance activities. Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs . Complete apartment turns , including preparing vacant units for move-in. Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, work orders, and maintenance records. Maintain security systems, fire alarms, locks, and related equipment. Maintain grounds and common areas. Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required. Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and unit turns preferred. Supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
