Job Description
TACG is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in support of a contract at Warner Robins, GA, Robins AFB. The Supervisor shall be responsible for the management and control of Contractor employees. They participate in meetings and discussions regarding initial planning of current and future work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs, estimates, and recommendations as to scheduling projected work. The ratio of Contractor Supervisor to contractor employees is 20 employees to 1 Supervisor. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Maintenance/Overhaul Supervisor shall have maintenance/work experience and be knowledgeable of the makeup, operation, installation, and adjustment of a variety of major interrelated and/or integrated aircraft systems, subsystems, and assemblies such as fuel and hydraulic systems, flight control systems, instrumentation systems, engines, landing gear assemblies, airframe and control The Contract Supervisor shall be the single point of contact responsible for Contractor personnel, including all administrative duties of Contractor personnel, and act as a liaison to the Government for contract performance Contractor supervisors will receive daily work assignments from the Government during roll call. Contractor supervisors shall assign work to Contractor employees within 15 minutes of the end of roll call and throughout the shift as required. All Work Control Documents (WCD)/tasking's shall be completed in accordance with stated job standards, technical orders, and other referenced directives. Contractor Supervisor shall perform Production Acceptance Certification (PAC) program duties and shall comply with all established policies and regulations relating to the Production Acceptance Certification (PAC) Program. Contractor supervisors shall be responsible for certifying Contractor employee Production Acceptance Certification (PAC) Program requirements. The Contractor supervisor and employee shall validate the certification in the system. Contractor supervisors shall attend all specified meetings to daily production meetings, roll call, tail team, and other meetings as required. Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in the performance of their daily activities including: maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, turns, cleaning of grounds and common areas. Responsible to train, and develop maintenance staff and ensure company policies, procedures and safety practices are applied. Conduct regular safety inspections of the property, correct any unsafe practice or situation and train all maintenance staff in the correct handling of chemicals, supplies and equipment.

High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree or higher preferredRequired Knowledge/Experience:
Position requires a minimum of 5 years' related maintenance experience, aircraft depot maintenance management experience preferred. Proven ability to supervise and lead a large team. Extensive experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Leadership experience in a supervisory or management rolePhysical Requirements:
Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day. Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands. Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds. May be required to read dials/gauges, identify small objects and hand tools. Must be able to see imperfections, micrometer readings and other small scales. Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear. Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth. May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, fork lift, APU, etc.About Copper River & The Native Village of Eyak:
