Personal Touch Landscape (PTL) is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multiple crews and a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Oʻahu. If you're a proven field leader who holds a high standard, develops your people, and wants to grow with a company that's been here since 1979, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple maintenance crews across your assigned accounts
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials in Jobber to hit time and budget
• Be the main point of contact between clients and the crew
• Train crews on proper pruning and horticulture practices
• Spot plant health issues and recommend solutions
• Bring clients enhancement ideas that improve their properties
• Keep equipment maintained and crews working safely
• Step onto a crew when needed to meet a deadline
• Split time between the field and the office each week

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of landscape field experience
• 2+ years supervising crews
• Strong horticulture and plant ID knowledge
• Skilled with power equipment and basic equipment maintenance
• Comfortable with Jobber (or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Available for weekend work as needed
