DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
IFMA Certified Facility Manager or BOMI Facility Manager Certificate.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical knowledge of building systems such as mechanical, plumbing electrical, and fire alarm systems. Working knowledge of grounds maintenance, custodial services, and operations and maintenance of multi-building campuses. Five (5) years of experience in operations and maintenance Two (2) years of facility management experience One (1) year supervisory experience, managing multi-discipline workforce of 10-20 people Technical knowledge of building systems such as mechanical, plumbing electrical, and fire alarm systems.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE
Must be a U.S. Citizen Active Top Secret/ SCI with Polygraph
COMPENSATION DETAILS
$133,000.00 The compensation range or hourly rate provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and applicable laws.
