Duties Manage daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians to achieve performance goals while fostering a positive work environment. Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate repair estimates and service writing documentation. Upsell additional services and parts by identifying customer needs through effective communication and technical expertise. Maintain comprehensive records of all service transactions. Qualifications Proven experience in management or dealership settings with a strong background in diagnostics and repair. Mechanical knowledge across various systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs. Demonstrated ability in upselling services to enhance revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Service technician experience preferred; dealership experience highly valued.
