Work Model:

- Monday
- Thursday, 6:00 AM
- 4:30 PM
- Friday 6:00 AM
- 12:00 PM or later if needed, based on demand
What You Will Do:
- Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team, including hiring and succession planning
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime
- Ensure safe, reliable operation of all equipment and facilities
- Coordinate contractors and manage vendor relationships
- Partner with leadership and EHS to promote a strong safety culture
- Develop maintenance standards, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
- Manage the maintenance budget and parts inventory

Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years managing a maintenance department
- 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or operations
- Proven experience leading teams and managing budgets
- Knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
