Maintenance Planner responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and documenting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facility assets. Job Requirements 1-3 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance operations, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or a related field Experience using maintenance management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, or automated manufacturing systems Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and reliability concepts Knowledge of manufacturing operations and facility systems Experience developing maintenance work plans Experience identifying labor, parts, tools, materials, permits, and job instructions required for maintenance execution Knowledge of applicable safety, environmental, OSHA, and ANSI requirements Preferred Skills Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field SAP experience Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs Experience with spare parts and maintenance inventory management Experience coordinating work with skilled trades personnel Experience supporting shutdown planning Experience with industrial equipment and facility systems Job Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Receive, review, and prioritize maintenance work requests Develop detailed maintenance work plans Identify labor, parts, tools, materials, permits, and instructions required for scheduled work Identify suppliers and obtain quotations for maintenance-related materials and services Create purchase orders for repair parts, spare parts, materials, and maintenance services Monitor maintenance crib and self-help inventory levels Track maintenance material usage and support inventory cost reduction initiatives Develop, review, and improve preventive maintenance programs Maintain maintenance records, equipment data, and planning documentation Update maintenance activities within the maintenance management system Support equipment reliability and uptime initiatives Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, and manufacturing teams Support maintenance projects and shutdown planning Ensure maintenance activities comply with applicable safety and environmental requirements
