Engineering Supervisor - Luxury Hotel Opening Ketchum, ID $70,000-$77,000 per year Join the opening team of an exciting new luxury hotel in Ketchum, Idaho! We're looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to help maintain a state-of-the-art property while leading daily engineering operations and ensuring exceptional standards across the hotel.

What You'll Do:

Supervise daily engineering operations and preventative maintenance programs. Assign work orders, inspections, and emergency maintenance tasks. Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. Coordinate contractors and vendors for repairs and projects. Monitor inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies while minimizing waste. Support general maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and facility upkeep.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of engineering or maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or similar facility. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance. Leadership experience supervising maintenance teams. Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
