Position Overview:
Landscape Maintenance Supervisor This is a working leadership role. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is expected to lead from the field, actively participating in operations while supervising teams and upholding standards. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all landscape maintenance operations to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, safety, and profitability. This role maintains high standards across all properties and ensures equipment, trucks, and tools are properly maintained and ready for daily operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by understanding, demonstrating, and reinforcing Artistree's Core Values and the Artistree Standard in daily work.
  • Understand, follow, enforce, and actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety Standards.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members to build skill, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ensure all work meets Artistree quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Serve as the lead for maintenance quality control across properties.
  • Plan, schedule, and support daily maintenance operations in coordination with management.
  • Inspect properties, identify issues, and ensure needed corrections are completed promptly.
  • Ensure proper use, care, maintenance, and repair of equipment, trucks, and trailers.
  • Perform or coordinate routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
  • Identify equipment issues early and communicate repair or replacement needs.
  • Learn, utilize, and teach the proper use of company software and systems.
  • Track productivity, job progress, and expenses accurately using company software.
  • Manage job-related expenses responsibly and submit required documentation.
  • Monitor crew productivity, labor efficiency, route efficiency and job performance.
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure crews operate within company guidelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with company leadership regarding operations, staffing, equipment, quality, and performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Support other Artistree divisions (Enhancements, Irrigation & Tree Services) as needed to ensure operational continuity. Expectations & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance leadership.
  • Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and repairs.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to perform landscape maintenance related duties
  • Ability to bend and lift over 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout all seasons
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment when needed
  • Ability to assist and manage seasonal snow removal operations as needed What We Offer Competitive Pay
