Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other related technological tools. 7. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. 9. A relevant certification or degree in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
