$100,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details - We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance operations are completed efficiently and effectively. 2. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, monitoring systems, and preventive maintenance programs to uphold high standards of work. 3. Maintaining a safe work environment at all times!
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Maintenance Supervisor role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role in either one of the following settings: mill, manufacturing, or industrial. 2. Proven experience in maintaining complicated mill machinery of all types. 3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team. 6. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other related technological tools. 7. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. 9. A relevant certification or degree in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
