In this role, you will lead daily lawn maintenance tasks, ensure route efficiency, and set the standard for safety and workmanship. Lead and perform daily mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing on scheduled commercial and residential routes.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all work meets Envy's quality standards, review site-specific job notes, and record updated property notes as needed.
Equipment & Asset Management:
Safely operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Perform basic daily equipment inspections.
Seasonal Enhancements:
Perform seasonal property cleanups, landscape bed maintenance, shrub pruning, and auxiliary property services (e.g., gutter cleaning, soft/pressure washing) as scheduled.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce and follow all company safety procedures, protocols, and client property guidelines on every job site.
Client Interaction:
Represent Envy Lawn Care professionally and communicate respectfully with clients, team members, and property managers.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum [1-2 years] of hands-on experience operating commercial mowing equipment on full-time grounds maintenance crews. Prior crew leading or site oversight experience is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions, including standing, walking, bending, and regularly lifting 50+ lbs.
Valid Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for operating company trucks and trailer setups).
Reliability:
Dependable personal transportation to and from the shop daily.
Background & Verification:
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical/vision exam, and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
