Job Responsibilities Supervise, train, coach, and support maintenance staff while delegating assignments and monitoring performance. Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Organize daily maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, and respond to urgent equipment repair needs. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Enforce safety procedures and ensure maintenance activities comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, equipment conditions, and work orders. Monitor and manage maintenance tools, spare parts, supplies, and inventory levels. Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, quality, and other departments. Support equipment reliability initiatives and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions for recurring equipment failures. Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for production equipment and facility systems. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to maintenance technicians. Work overtime as needed to support production and maintenance requirements. Work 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning . Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment . Experience in high-volume manufacturing or injection molding is strongly preferred. Previous leadership, lead technician, or supervisory experience with demonstrated responsibility for directing or coordinating other employees.
