Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Generally starting around 7:30 AM and working until the day's scheduled jobs are complete | Overtime and occasional weekends may be required during peak seasons

You do not need experience in every service we perform — we can teach our specific systems. We're looking for someone who: Understands physical field work Is comfortable working around ladders and heights Has a strong work ethic Has a safety-first mindset Communicates professionally Takes coaching well Is ready to accept greater responsibility Takes pride in quality work Wants to learn how to lead Experience in roofing, gutters, siding, construction, painting, landscaping, tree service, solar installation, window cleaning, pressure washing, low-voltage installation, holiday lighting, or other ladder-intensive trades is especially relevant. Previous management experience is not required. We are interested in strong technicians who are ready to learn how to lead.
