As a Maintenance Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our properties by overseeing the maintenance team, managing key projects, and upholding the integrity of our equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of maintenance technicians, providing mentorship and support to ensure top-tier performance. Develop, implement, and enforce maintenance procedures that align with company standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities, maintaining their optimal functionality. Create and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring smooth workflow across teams. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues, address them proactively, and prevent operational disruptions. Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions. Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and ongoing projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including both high and low voltage. Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams. Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully supervising a team and managing complex projects. Strong understanding of facilities management best practices and maintenance standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to resolving issues. Experience with maintenance management software is a plus. Stationary Engineer license is strongly preferred.
