Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced working supervisor to perform general maintenance and coordinate with the rest of the team by completing work orders, unit turns, groundskeeping, and on-call requests. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders promptly by responding to tenants' various maintenance requests Cooperate with team members to get vacant units ready for new tenants Maintain the cleanliness of the property through routine basic groundskeeping Perform duties involving painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, light electrical work, and servicing appliances Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests at least one week out of each month Perform routine building inspections to ensure the property remains in compliance with local codes Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance, service technician, or similar experience strongly preferred Driver's License and reliable transportation required CPO License (preferred) Strong verbal communication (English) Compensation & Benefits $25 per hour starting pay (exact rate based on skills and experience) 3 paid sick days per year Paid holidays Employer-paid health insurance (for employee only)
