Maintenance Division Manager - Illinois $40-$45/Hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses Renew Car Care is a growing, full-service car wash equipment maintenance and installation company serving Illinois, Indiana, and parts of Missouri. We work with a wide range of car wash systems, including In-Bay Automatics, Tunnel Washes, and Self-Service Washes. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Division Manager to take the lead in managing and growing our Illinois maintenance division. The Opportunity This is a high-responsibility, hands-on leadership position with excellent earning potential. We are looking for someone who knows the car wash industry, understands the equipment, and can lead a team while still being willing to get in the field and work alongside technicians when needed. The ideal candidate is someone who can diagnose problems, lead technicians, communicate with customers, manage service schedules, and make sound decisions in the field.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Illinois maintenance division.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise maintenance technicians and daily service calls.
• Assign jobs and prioritize service needs to ensure customers receive timely and professional service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other equipment-related issues.
• Lead technicians in the repair and maintenance of various car wash systems.
• Train, mentor, and develop technicians to improve technical skills, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Conduct regular job-site inspections to ensure repairs are performed properly and company safety and quality standards are met.
• Monitor technician performance, productivity, and quality of work.
• Work directly with customers to address service concerns, explain repairs, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist technicians with difficult or complex repairs and step in to perform hands-on work when necessary.
• Identify recurring equipment and service issues and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Help develop and maintain a strong, accountable, and professional maintenance team.
• Work closely with company leadership to improve the overall performance and profitability of the Illinois maintenance division. What We're Looking For The right candidate will have strong hands-on car wash experience combined with proven leadership ability. Required Qualifications
• Extensive experience with car wash maintenance, repair, and/or installation.
• Strong knowledge of multiple car wash systems, including In-Bay Automatic, Tunnel, and Self-Service equipment.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience supervising, managing, or leading technicians.
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine the most effective repair solution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional customer-service skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of the maintenance operation.
• Willingness to remain hands-on in the field and assist technicians with repairs when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple service calls, technicians, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout Illinois as needed.
