Rotating Weekends Target Pay Rate:
$90,000 - $105,000/year + 10%

ESOP Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance operations, maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production through effective preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a strong supervisory background, excellent communication skills, and experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting. "Must Have"
Skills:
At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Lead in an industrial manufacturing environmentExperience supervising, coaching, and developing teams of 15-30 maintenance techniciansStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience with industrial manufacturing equipmentExperience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programsWorking knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance planning and work order managementExperience with employee coaching, disciplinary actions, performance management, and hiringStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment and respond to equipment emergencies
Job Duties:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians on 3rd shiftSchedule and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production goalsCoordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliabilityRespond to equipment breakdowns and oversee emergency repairsPerform routine inspections of production equipment and facility infrastructurePartner with Production, Engineering, and other departments to minimize downtimePromote and enforce all safety policies while fostering a strong safety cultureMaintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history within the CMMSManage spare parts inventory and coordinate with Purchasing to maintain critical inventory levelsCoordinate outside contractors for specialized maintenance projectsIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and maintenance efficiencyMonitor maintenance KPIs and recommend improvements to increase uptime and reduce costs
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment requiredUnion manufacturing experience is strongly preferredFood, beverage, packaging, consumer products, or other high-speed manufacturing experience is a plusKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles preferredExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work off-shift hours and support emergency maintenance needs as required Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
