Description To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. From $95,000 per year Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety protocols. Implementing and reviewing safety policies and standards. Ensure timely installation and upkeep of company property and systems for operational effectiveness and efficiency Manage budget including prioritizing based on urgency, and availability of resources.. Manage, lead, mentor, Train and supervise department team members including all personnel decisions, key metrics, and performance. Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work. Ensures coordination of preventive maintenance tasks and timing with affected teams working closely with leadership from other areas. Ensures maintenance of records and documentation meets requirements and regulations Conducts root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements fix or changes. Ensure timely inspections. Ensure that department, company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition, meeting and exceeding internal and external regulations All other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in engineering, administration or facility management preferred. At least 6 years' experience in a supervisory role. Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics. Solid working knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes related manufacturing. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook. Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information. Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients. Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
