SHOP FOREMAN - GERMAN AUTOMOTIVE

$110,000-$150,000 Salary + Bonus | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Dynamic Auto is looking for an experienced European Automotive Shop Foreman to join our team in Huntley, IL. This is a working Shop Foreman position for someone who is highly experienced with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche and is ready to take a leadership role within an established European repair shop.

THE POSITION

The Shop Foreman will oversee the day-to-day workflow of the shop while remaining involved in diagnostics and repair. You will work directly with our technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently and ensure every repair meets our standards.

Responsibilities include:

Dispatching work and managing shop workflow Assisting technicians with advanced diagnostics and difficult repairs Diagnosing and repairing European vehicles Performing final quality-control checks Ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly the first time Maintaining and overseeing diagnostic equipment and software Helping develop and support technicians Keeping the shop organized, productive, and running efficiently

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone with significant hands-on European automotive experience who can lead from the shop floor.

Must have:

Master-level automotive experience/certification Strong BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW and/or Porsche experience Excellent diagnostic ability Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple technicians and workloads High standards for workmanship and quality control Team-first attitude

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$110,000-$150,000 annual salary, depending on experience, certifications and leadership ability, plus bonus opportunities. Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No weekends. Occasional additional hours may be needed during busy periods.
