Role Summary The Lead Maintenance Technician serves as a working leader who supports the daily maintenance operations of the community while helping guide, develop, and coordinate the maintenance team. This role partners with the Multi-Site Service Manager to ensure service requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and property standards are completed efficiently and to company expectations. The Lead Maintenance Technician helps drive operational excellence by providing hands-on leadership, coaching team members, maintaining asset quality, coordinating vendors, supporting projects, and promoting a safe and compliant work environment. Success is measured through service delivery, team performance, property condition, safety results, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
