Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Maintenance Team. This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines.
This is a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities Supervise maintenance and housekeeping employees
Maintain facility repairs
Work cooperatively with all service areas, staff, and residents
Perform administrative requirements
Organize schedules
Drive and maintain facility van Qualifications Must have verifiable experience in painting, floor care, small plumbing and electrical
Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently
