Job Description Berman Auto Group is building the largest Kia dealership in Illinois , with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in 2027 . We are ramping up and looking to add a Service Lane Manager to the team!
Job Title:
Service Lane Manager Pay:
$125,000/ annually (Commission + Total Shop GP, ROs, CSI + ELR)

Lincolnwood, IL What's Coming:
Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility 30+ service bays Union-represented shop once we move to Chicago Until then: You'll work from our Kia dealership in Lincolnwood helping us build the future of Berman Kia. You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

Advancement Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality Ensure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations Hire and develop service advisors and technicians Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goals Qualifications Experience as Service Lane Manager Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members Proficient time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
