Job DescriptionBerman Auto Group is building the largest Kia dealership in Illinois, with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in 2027. We are ramping up and looking to add a Service Lane Manager to the team!
You'll work from our Kia dealership in Lincolnwood helping us build the future of Berman Kia.
You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. We offer:
