A manufacturer of automotive parts near the Marseilles, IL area is looking for a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor. You will oversee and lead the maintenance team & daily activities. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance leadership within an industrial environment. In addition to salary, you will be paid
TIME-AND-A-HALF
for any time worked over 40hours This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance team Coach, mentor, and train maintenance department associates Install and troubleshoot industrial equipment Work on electrical and mechanical equipment Ensure the maintenance work goals are met
Requirements:
Industrial Electrician Certificate OR related Associate's degree 4 years' experience in industrial maintenance preferred Strong electrical experience (motors & controls) Experience with PLC troubleshooting Knowledge with Hydraulics & Pneumatics Previous experience within a supervisory/lead role preferred Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment responsibly & effectively Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
