Description:
MAC Medical is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance and facilities operations within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance personnel, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating contractors, controlling maintenance budgets, and ensuring facility infrastructure supports production operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and facilities personnel. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Oversee maintenance of CNC machines, lasers, press brakes, welding equipment, robotic weld cells, powder-coat systems, HVAC, compressors, and facility infrastructure. Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, and equipment replacement plans. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers. Ensure OSHA, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding compliance. Analyze downtime and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain maintenance records, asset histories, and CMMS systems.
Requirements:
Qualifications 7+ years industrial maintenance experience. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with CNC equipment, automation, PLCs, VFDs, and manufacturing systems preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work around industrial equipment. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work from ladders and lifts. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Ability to wear required PPE and safely work around manufacturing equipment and processes. Regular on-site attendance is required. Occasional overtime or after-hours response may be necessary for urgent maintenance needs. Starting Pay:
