Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Lead to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in a warehouse environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Pay, Schedule, and Location $25.00/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Schedule TBD Located in Minooka, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance department operations and staff. Schedule work assignments, employee training, evaluations, and time off. Conduct facility inspections and ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs with internal teams and outside vendors. Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and vendor contracts using Service Channel. Generate purchase requests and orders for repairs, equipment, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and sanitation standards. Oversee warehouse equipment (MHE) maintenance and facility upkeep. Prepare maintenance reports and assist with purchasing, invoicing, and inspections. Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Maintenance experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. High computer proficiency and experience with WMS or maintenance tracking systems. Some college coursework preferred, or equivalent warehouse maintenance experience. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and preventative maintenance practices. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment with varying temperatures. —-- (Salary range based on experience) —-- ABOUT
