This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical maintenance function, develop a team, influence plant performance, and build a more reliable operation. If you're ready to move beyond simply managing maintenance and want to drive reliability, improve uptime, and leave your mark on the operation , this could be your next move. Bring your technical expertise. Bring your leadership. Bring your drive to make things better. The plant is counting on you.
