Responsibilities Include:

Respond promptly and professionally to guest service requests, concerns, and complaints while delivering exceptional customer service. Oversee the operation and performance of HVAC systems by monitoring public area temperatures, adjusting equipment settings, and operating fans as needed. Partner with Engineering leadership to support the startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and daily operation of HVAC and related mechanical systems. Conduct routine inspections of gauges, controls, mechanical equipment, and fan coil units to ensure proper functionality and preventive maintenance compliance. Maintain clear and effective communication with Engineering leadership regarding operational needs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance. Assist maintenance team members with special projects and department initiatives as assigned. Accurately complete and maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and work documentation in English. Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, stucco, texturing, drywall repair, staining, knockdown finishes, and popcorn ceilings. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning and related plumbing maintenance. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical equipment. Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs, including replacing mechanical seals, bearings, belts, pumps, valves, and fan coil unit components. Perform minor sheet metal repairs, brazing, soldering, controls calibration, pressure vessel repairs, piping replacement, and installation of associated fittings. Organize and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment documentation. Assist with the shutdown and restoration of steam, water, and gas systems while supporting the monitoring and maintenance of standpipe, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. Complete daily work orders, preventive maintenance assignments, and facility inspections. Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed to support resort operations. Support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment by performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
