Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee a 24/7 chemical manufacturing facility. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of facilities maintenance, ensuring the reliable performance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial maintenance, team supervision, and project management, with a focus on optimizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team while promoting a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
  • Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance activities, support production goals, and minimize downtime.
  • Manage preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs to improve equipment reliability.
  • Oversee the maintenance department budget and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Develop safety training and employee development programs to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for equipment failures and safety incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Track maintenance KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
  • BS Engineering degree with10+ years of maintenance engineering/management experience in the chemical, petrochem, refineries, or related PSM regulated chemical plants.
o TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), SMED, 5S, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) o Autonomous Maintenance o Maintenance storeroom operations and management o Reliability improvement methods and equipment failure analysis. o Industrial safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Line Entry, Confined Space, and Hot Work. o Powerhouse, utilities, and plant infrastructure management. o Project management from concept through execution. o Knowledge of industrial maintenance repair, installation standards, API/ASME codes, and specifications.
Pay:
$130,000.00
  • $190,000.
