Automotive Service Manager Compensation:
Starting at $95,000 and Up to $125,000+ for Top Performers Base Salary + Performance Bonuses Relocation Assistance Available A Minimum of 5 Years of Experience as a Service Manager is Required A leading automotive dealership in the Springfield, IL area is seeking a discreet and highly accomplished Service Manager . You will oversee a state-of-the-art service department catering to an exclusive clientele. This role demands a blend of technical operations expertise and five-star hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Operations:
Manage daily service department workflows to maximize efficiency.
Elevate Experience:
Maintain flawless customer satisfaction scores matching dealership standards.
Drive Financials:
Optimize department profitability, labor rates, and parts turnover.
Mentor Talent:
Recruit, train, and retain elite service advisors and certified technicians.
Ensure Compliance:

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a
Service Manager Track Record:
Proven history of hitting high profitability goals and CSI/CSE scores.
Leadership:
Strong ability to inspire teams and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
Skills:
Proficient with modern DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
Education:
