This role requires maintaining turbine machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency, ensuring alignment with environmental policies, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of turbine operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainable energy practices. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and maintenance of turbine equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for turbine systems. Collaborate with other departments to enhance system efficiencies and meet energy production targets. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians. Manage budgets, forecasting expenses and reducing costs while maintaining system efficiency and reliability. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in turbine technology and apply best practices. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of turbine systems, including operation, maintenance, and repair. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing technical teams.
