We are seeking a customer-service-focused Maintenance Supervisor with an upbeat, positive, and "can do" attitude. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to lead maintenance operations with confidence and accountability. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests, completing apartment turns and punch work, maintaining grounds and curb appeal, debris removal, and performing general plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and painting tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized maintenance shop and managing inventory records. This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibility. Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualified candidates must have:
