The Successful Applicant A strong background in engineering and maintenance Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar discipline Background in leading lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
