Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Manager Apartment community in the Bedford, Indiana area, Ridgewood Apartments is seeking a qualified Full Time Maintenance Manager at our 98 unit Garden style community. Position is full time and is a working & hands on position as well as requires strong leadership, organization and communication skills. On call is sometimes required for this position for maintenance emergencies in the community. Qualified applicants must have extensive knowledge and practical experience in plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, routine HVAC and preventative building maintenance repairs and Apartment turnover timelines. Qualified applicants should also have experience in coordinating the daily functions, schedules, goals and maintenance work flow of a typical mid-size residential apartment community.
