We are seeking a customer service-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents every day.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily maintenance operations Lead and support the maintenance team Complete and prioritize service requests Manage apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work Maintain community grounds and common areas Perform general plumbing, electrical, and repair work Maintain organization and inventory within the maintenance shop Respond to emergency maintenance situations Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience HVAC Certification required CPO Certification preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to remain professional under pressure Weekend and on-call availability required Why Pedcor Homes?
