  • Senior Living Maintenance Lead I Hamilton Grove | Greencroft Communities | New Carlisle, IN One Team.
One Mission. Hamilton Grove is seeking a reliable Maintenance Lead I to help maintain our campus and create a safe, comfortable environment for residents. Responsibilities Maintain grounds (mowing, trimming, snow/debris removal) Perform routine and emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Service heating and cooling systems Complete preventative maintenance and follow schedules Safely operate tools and equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification preferred) General maintenance knowledge and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Frequent walking, bending, and lifting Why Join Us?
