Role Summary:

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in keeping trucks running safely, efficiently, and reliably? Rose Cartage Service is a 50-year-old, family-owned trucking company based in Griffith, IN, and we're looking for a Shop Foreman who is passionate about supporting drivers, developing mechanics, and improving shop operations. As our Shop Foreman , you will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in maintaining our fleet, serving customers, and shaping the processes that keep our trucks on the road.
