  Job Summary
  Patriot Aviation in Huntington, IN is seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Maintenance that will take our maintenance program to the next level.

We are a Fixed Base Operator that specializes in aircraft charter, aerial application, flight training, aircraft sales, and aircraft maintenance. We operate a King Air E90, Cessna 310Rs, Air Tractor 602s/802, Piper Acher, and provide maintenance services for several other types.

The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for Part 135 & 137 maintenance compliance, maintenance program creation & tracking for the King Air, training & supervising mechaincs, management of shop personnel, hiring and terminating, inspecting all work performed, coordinating any offsite maintenance needs, arranging flight checks, liasing with the FAA, recordkeeping, tool calibration, invoicing, communicatiing with customers, etc.

Our goal for this position is to elevate our maintenance program, implement software for better tracking, inventory, billing, etc, grow our shop customer base, and get a King Air E90 on our charter certificate. The right candidate will be energetic, willing to learn, and self-motivated. We will send the new-hire to Air Tractor, PT-6, Twin Cessna, and King Air Training as needed.

• Monday
• Friday
• 0800-1630
• AOG callout availability when able
• Overtime as needed to complete mission
• Some night shifts July 15
• Aug 15 as needed for Ag Operations
  Compensation
• $120,000
• $145,000 /yr depending on experience
