Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you lead the maintenance team and oversee all property maintenance operations. You ensure exceptional resident service, efficient upkeep, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. By modeling professionalism, accountability, and hospitality, you manage resources effectively to preserve the community's quality, value, and curb appeal.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver genuine hospitality to residents and co-workers Oversee and enforce standardized apartment turnovers, ensuring vacant units are completed within 15 days to "like-new" standards while managing expenses within budget. Lead by example, honoring commitments and fostering a respectful, professional environment aligned with the Golden Rule. Ensure same-day or 24-hour resolution of service requests, efficiently delegate tasks, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain exceptional curb appeal, coordinate contractors, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, conduct, and hospitality. Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs; coordinate with vendors for complex issues. Maintain an organized shop, manage tools and inventory, and ensure safe operation of equipment. Schedule staff for after-hours emergency coverage. All applicants must have their own basic tools, reliable transportation, and availability to respond immediately to emergency "on call" repairs. Must be a "TEAM player" and be able to work diligently and complete projects on time without direct supervision. Strong interpersonal skills, being friendly and courteous, and comfortable dealing with difficult situations and personalities.

Pay:

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
