Job Description
job summary: We're seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor for a large manufacturing client in Peru, IN. This position requires a mechanical technician with 3+ years of supervisor experience and advanced technical skills in preventative maintenance for critical equipment in a high-volume packaged food manufacturer. Shift hours are 10:45 am to 7:30 am. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of 5-10 mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians. You will also lead resource planning efforts. A Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of proven experience with maintenance leadership in heavy industry or food manufacturing experience is required. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
