We are hiring both Crew Leaders and Technicians for custom holiday lighting installation! Whether you're an experienced pro looking to lead a team or someone motivated to learn a new skill outdoors, we want to talk to you. Experience in lighting or exterior trades is preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right individuals with the right attitude.

Crew Leader & Installation Technician positions available

Seasonal (Immediate start through December)

Future Opportunity:

Great performance this season can lead to a permanent position in 2027 What You'll Do Install, maintain, and take down custom residential and commercial seasonal holiday lighting setups. Safely set up and climb ladders up to 32 feet, walk on roofs, and operate aerial lifts when necessary. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced outdoor environment to complete daily jobs efficiently. Provide high-level customer service and treat every property with respect. (Crew Leaders) Guide daily site operations, manage equipment, and oversee crew safety and job quality.

Requirements Height Comfort:

Must be completely comfortable working on roofs and at heights up to 32 feet (ladders & aerial lifts).

Driver's License:

Valid, clean driver's license required.

Language:

Must be able to understand verbal directions in English.

Reliable, punctual, high-energy, and a strong positive attitude every day.

Experience:

Prior experience in holiday lighting, window cleaning, roofing, or exterior maintenance is preferred, but not required for technician roles. Why Work With Us?
