We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee the repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Job Duties:
Supervise and schedule hourly maintenance personnel, including overtime and on-call coverage.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and facility systems.
Manage maintenance work orders, spare parts, inventory, and CMMS activities.
Support installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate contractors and facility maintenance projects.
Drive downtime reduction, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and equipment reliability.
Ensure compliance with LOTO, machine guarding, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Support
ISO 9001, IATF
16949, and
ISO 14001
programs.
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience or related experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLCs, electrical controls, and manufacturing equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance/CMMS systems.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
