A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Facilities Office (Andover) Job Duties Student worker will be responsible to the full-time Facilities Management staff for duties in the Facilities office. Campus Locations Andover Nature of Position Part Time; # hours per week If Part Time, list Working Hours Salary $9.00 p/hr. Required experience Previous experience working in an office environment, preferred. Computer experience preferred. Required educational background Must be enrolled in at least one credit hour at Butler Community College.
