• Lawrence, KS 5121 Congressional Circle, Lawrence, KS 66049 Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at Prairie Commons, a 128-unit apartment community in Lawrence.

• 27 per hour based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses Schedule Monday
