$48,000 Annually | Full-Time, Exempt Whitehead Oil Company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair activities for company stores, equipment, buildings, and grounds throughout the Manhattan, Junction City, and Ogden, Kansas markets. This position is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and efficient facilities while coordinating repairs, vendors, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Oversee preventative maintenance and repair activities for assigned locations. Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Coordinate repairs involving HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, fuel equipment, foodservice equipment, and general building maintenance. Schedule and oversee contractors and service providers. Manage the plan and team for snow removal, landscaping, and grounds maintenance. Maintain work orders and maintenance records. Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required. Provide direction, training, and support to maintenance personnel. Assist with hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective action. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Maintenance, facilities, construction, or building trades experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of general building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel between company locations. Must maintain required personal automobile insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.
