Position Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations across our extensive portfolio in the Kansas City metro. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining high property standards. You'll be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, addressing repair needs, and partnering closely with property management and tenants to deliver excellent service. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties Train and manage a group 3-6 maintenance techs Work with the schedule coordinator to ensure work is done in a timely manner Monitor property conditions and identify preventative maintenance needs Respond to and follow up on tenant maintenance requests Communicate with internal teams regarding repairs, updates, and invoicing Maintain organized and secure equipment/storage areas Assist with inventory and supply management Track tools, parts, and equipment inventory Enforce OSHA and safety compliance Follow daily schedules and complete assigned maintenance tasks efficiently Support overall property readiness and curb appeal
