Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and life safety regulations, including CMS and OSHA requirements. Manage repairs, work orders, and emergency maintenance needs in a timely manner. Conduct routine facility inspections and coordinate corrective actions. Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors/vendors. Maintain documentation related to maintenance activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Monitor utility usage and assist with budget management and cost-control initiatives. Support emergency preparedness, disaster planning, and facility safety programs.

Qualifications:

Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing environment. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building maintenance systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
